The brandy is distilled only in the months in which the marc arrives fresh in the distillery; this allows processing of only small amounts, but delivers high quality distillates where you can rediscover the flavor of wine.

Each batch of marc is distilled in order to respect its nature and to improve its potential. The fascination lies in understanding what the grape can offer, to pursue perfection and bring sensation and emotion to the glass.

Grappa Reserve Bolgheri
The Grappa Reserva, “distilled in meditation”.
Distilled with Cabernet Sauvignon marc, gold, very elegant scent with hints of vanilla and fresh fruit, the taste is round and balanced. Ageing in oak. Alc 40% vol.

Grappa Bianca Bolgheri
Cabernet sauvignon distillate marc, the scent opens with sensations of wild flowers, hay and moss; the taste is hot, precise, and leaves the palate clean and dry.
Good persistence. Vol. 42% vol.
